This room is good for small group meetings, with a round table seating 4-5 people. There is a whiteboard but no TV for A/V hookup, so best for meetings without presentations.

FRE | The Lacks Room

With a beautiful south-facing view of South Lake Union, this room seats 8-10 and is great for a small-medium sized team meeting right on the water. Beware that with a large window, the weather reflects the temperature of the room and it can get quite warm, especially in the summer months. TV with A/V cords and whiteboard included.

CAP | The DeLarverie Room

The DeLarverie room is 175sqft, great for meetings, presentations, and more. The meeting room seats up to 6 with room for up to 8 around the perimeter. This room includes phone conference equipment, large whiteboard with markers, and TV with HDMI cords available. 

Member Cost: 1 credit per 1 hour, $25/hr after credits are used 

FRE | The Hooks Room

This room seats 14-16 and is great for larger workshops or even all-day conferences as our largest room at Fremont. If you plan on hosting a large meeting for a longer period of time, be sure to schedule early enough ahead of time! TV with A/V cords and two large wall whiteboards included.

CAP | The Lovelace Room

The Lovelace room is downstairs, underneath the staircase. Can seat up to 5 around the table with whiteboard and markers, TV monitor with HDMI cords available. This room is great to use for creative space and work for small groups or small meetings. It is also used for meditation.

Member Cost: 1 credit per 1 hour, $25/hr after credits are used

Need a bit more screen space to get some work done? We've got you covered! Use you booking credits to work from one of our four monitors in one of two shifts: 8:30am - 1:00pm or 1:30pm - 5:00pm Price is one credit per shift and yes, you may book back to back shifts for a full day of use! Simply reserve the space, check in with the front desk at your start time to check out the equipment and conquer your day.
